CDI IT Solutions is currently looking for a System Analyst to join our qualified team; join CDI today.
Looking for a qualified applicant to fill the role of System Analyst for the Customer Service System (CSS).
CSS, is a Windows based next-generation customer relationship management and order entry system.
Primary Responsibilities:
Convert business requirements into system requirements.
Align business processes with system function.
Document system solutions to business requirements.
Communicate technical solutions to non-technical staff.
Perform unit testing and some functional testing.
Work with application developers, quality assurance specialists and business analysts to develop, test and deploy system solutions.
Required Skills/Experience:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Previous experience in Windows software/application product development.
Ability to create screen mockups and present to users.
Previous experience creating Data Flow and State-Transition diagrams.
Strong problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills
Work history of medium and large scale projects.
Has a consistent attitude and respect for high quality standards.
Takes accountability and performs work with integrity.
SQL skills to perform relational queries, execute stored procedures and scheduled processes.
