Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Advocate for individual patient coverage decisions via prior authorizations and the appeals process. Negotiate coverage for neurological therapies with major payors, such as Workers Compensation, HMOs, PPOs, (etc.) and educate payors on appropriate coding & billing for neurological therapies. Maintain direct communication with Managers and sales force to impact weekly, monthly, and quarterly business goals.
