We are currently seeking a Sales Learning and Development Advisor for our office in Mounds View, MN.

The selected candidate will be expected to consult with sales and marketing leaders and other appropriate subject matter experts to evaluate and identify training needs and develop or recommend solutions using the appropriate mix of media. This includes planning, developing and producing training materials as well as facilitating or organizing instructor-led learning.

Other duties include working on learning and development needs and performance gaps within the sales organization. Will design new training programs (modules), create learning activities that will engage and teach a variety of audiences, monitor effectiveness of training materials and methods as well as facilitate and/or coordinate facilitators for the delivery of sales training programs. Will plan and conduct classroom events and will coach managers to support and reinforce the learning

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office including Power Point and Word. Master Training Certification or Train-the-Trainer development and delivery experience preferred

Understanding of the consultative sales process and experience working with a sales organization. Outstanding presentation skills with above average organizational skills. Some experience in multi-media presentation development a plus. 3 plus years training development experience - including learner and leader guides, job aids, multi-media presentation materials. 2 plus years training facilitation & delivery experience. 2 plus years consulting experience
