CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Project Manager!
Ideal candidate will have:
5+ years PM experience
Experience with large scale projects
Familiarity working with multiple groups within the organization - IS and business side
Good client facing skills
Cross-functional communication experience
Understanding of a methodology - but not too strictly enforced... flexibility is key
Good organizational skills
Flexibility in Project Management approach
Desire to fit in and grow with a young PM group w/young methodology and processes
Ability to hit the ground running
Desire to succeed and be driven to do a good job
Successful background in delivering projects on time
Creativity in taking a current process and providing ideas on how to improve it
Technical skills:
Experience with relational databases (SQL)
Has a high level understanding of how systems interact with one another
Understands how data is transmitted and works within systems
