Description
Summary:
This position will support the service organization with the development, documentation and modification of the processes and procedures that support the business. Provides subject matter expertise on process knowledge and improvement opportunities. Utilizes Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodology to address productivity opportunities. Interfaces with internal and external customers throughout the organization to ensure that processes and procedures are documented and facilitate continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:
Develops and documents processes and procedures for Customer Service
Utilizes computerized systems in the creation and documentation of processes, reports, graphs and data
Actively participates in assigned workgroups impacting service. Uses change management and continuous quality improvement methodology and processes.
Creates business project plans, proposals, and charters to achieve service objectives related to process improvement.
Develops communication materials that target a wide variety of audiences to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
Research and analysis of data to ensure continuous process effectiveness.
Provides status updates to Management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
5-8 years related work experience with change models, project and quality improvement methodology.
Excellent Process mapping skills;
Process improvement experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated understanding of Six Sigma tools and
methodologies
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Proficient in the use of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project.
Ability to communicate at the executive level.
Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, which includes negotiation and persuasion skills.
Demonstrated project management skills that include the ability to lead, facilitate, plan and organize initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean / Yellow Belt / Green Belt Training
