Responsibilities Related to the Project

• Leads or participates in requirements analysis meetings with the State
  
• Interprets and translates business needs into system requirements for the systems programming staff
  
• Tests changes to the system and provides workflow analysis to ensure appropriate changes are made to the fiscal intermediary processing
  
• Acts as liaison between the State and the technical team to communicate functional specifications according to the business requirements
  
• Ensures complete understanding of rules for all system changes
  
• Documents understanding for the State
  
• Provides training and mentors less experienced staff
  
  Qualifications
  
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. Additional training or certification in assigned subject area may also be required.
  
• Detail orientation and strong organizational skills
  
  Preferred Prior Experience
  
  
• Two years of prior experience with Enterprise system requirements or similar web-based claims processing systems development experience
  
  
• Three to five years experience in technical project support and/or system design. This includes a complete knowledge of system design, modification, testing and research/analysis methodologies.
