Internet Broadcasting produces over 70 television station web sites for the premier broadcasters in the country: NBC, Cox Television, Hearst-Argyle, Post-Newsweek, Meredith Broadcasting, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Capitol Broadcasting Company, Scripps Howard, and Telemundo Local.

Web Designer, Req #075-08, 076-08, 077-08, 078-08
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Designer that can deliver fresh, compelling ideas and solutions under pressure. You must be a self-starter, able to multitask and play well with others. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of design as it relates to the Web is essential.
Essential Job Functions:
Creation and execution of online advertising campaigns.
Creation of user interfaces for Web sites, pages and site features/products.
Creation and production of graphical elements related to ongoing site maintenance.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to other Designers as part of a QA process.
Collaborate with a variety of individuals throughout the creative and development process.
Articulate and justify design rationale to a variety of audiences.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Possess a Bachelor of Arts degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate excellent design and typography skills.
Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment.
Ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Proficiency in Flash, familiar with ActionScript.
Proficient in PhotoShop, ImageReady, and Illustrator.
Comprehension of HTML.
Understanding of graphic optimization and browser limitations.
Knowledge of information design, site usability and navigation standards.
Ability to articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences.
